Invoicing software is often custom built for each individual contract. InvoiceTool and Price Master are our standard products. They are suitable for most of the projects without any modifications. Our specialty is unit rate pipe work erection contracts. These programs are programmed using Paradox and Delphi. The user doesn't need a knowledge of Paradox to use the applications. The typical user is a trained data capturer who can easily handle up to 200 drawings a day. Quantity surveyors prepare the take offs and they are entered into the application. Invoice price and any statistics required are immediately available. Job progress can be calculated using the same information. The above described system has been successfully used on a contract, which used over 3000 drawings. Single data capture entered the data provided by up to 7 quantity surveyors. The initial working application was produced within one week and its final version before the end of the first month. The price depends on requirements but we guarantee that large savings are available compared to any other method used to produce the same result.
