Bellows Master Support BM II Download
| |
Original version of the program was released
some 10
years ago. It has been successfully used since then. Bellows Master II is a
rewrite of the original program upgraded for new standards and computer
operating systems (original was for Win 3.1). Program includes now EJMA 5 and
9. In addition it includes also ASME VIII
division 1 appendix 26 and ASME B31.3 appendix X calculations. Only round U bellows are included. 5th
edition EJMA is included because the bellows designed according to it are
normally cheaper than later editions.
The program is available as "bare minimum" or incorporating manufacturer's
tooling. If the tooling is included the design of the bellows is fast and the
program limits the designer to those sizes, which can be made e.g. you cannot
design a bellows you do not have tooling. Additionally several of the dimensions
are automatically entered after the selection of the
manufacturing method/tool. "Bare minimum" includes hydro forming and "Unlimited"
manufacturing methods. Hydro forming tools can be entered into the program and
selected by the user from a selection list.
Program comes with standard bellows materials as samples. With the program is an
add on program, which is used to enter unlimited number of materials. All
calculations can be saved with multiple revisions.
In addition to automatic "pick up" of material values from a database all
required factors are included into the program.
Therefore the user doesn't need to look and evaluate them from the graphs in the
standard.
Bellows Master has integrated large help file.
Installation is standard Windows installation. User can set
Bellows Master to use imperial or metric measurements.
We understand that a bellows design program although it is based on EJMA
standard is a valuable business tool for a manufacturer. Each manufacturer has
his own "secrets". All work is done without giving any information to others.
The factors where allowed by the code are adjusted according to each
manufacturer's needs. You may request three types of changes into the program
- improvements, which we consider items we should have
done in a first place. These are free
- improvements, which are allowed to be given to other program users. These are
priced case by case and may even be free
- improvements, which are limited only to the company asking the change. These
are priced individually using competitive rates.
Program can be installed on a network and therefore all users can access
calculations made by any one of the users.
